Currently the coach of the Vietnam National Triathlon Team, she has helped the team win numerous valuable medals for the country in three consecutive Sea Games.

A professional swimmer for over 10 years, she later became the head coach of the Vietnam Swimming Team. She then had the opportunity to continue her coaching career abroad, spending over 7 years coaching the national swimming team in Singapore.

Returning to Vietnam in 2019, she embraced Triathlon, immediately claiming the Vietnam Championship at Ironman 70.3 Da Nang. She joined the Triathlon National Team, taking on dual roles as both an athlete and a coach.

Continuing to develop her international coaching expertise, she graduated from the highest-level courses from the World Triathlon Federation: World Triathlon Coach Level 1 and Level 2, and was specially selected to become a World Triathlon Facilitator.

Now, with extensive experience in training and professional coaching qualifications in an international environment, she co-founded FITZONE and has many plans to develop the company in the most modern and scientific direction.
